Scope:
Richards-Zeta Mediator is the intelligent middleware solution
deployed across multiple campuses' providing total building systems
integration which includes to date integration via RZ-Net, Modbus
RTU BACnet TCP/IP, Pulse Inputs and Johnson N-1/N-2 protocols. The
RZ Mediator is integrating into the following equipment; AHU DDC,
AHU VFD, MGE UPS, Uniflair Precision A/C, Conzerv Energy Meters,
Trane Chiller, Honeywell Fire Alarm, Electrical Breakers, Water
Meter and Johnson Controls VAV's, providing a complete integrated
intelligent building system (IBS).

Scope: Richards-Zeta Mediator is the intelligent

energy metering, HVAC, lighting, UPS and PDU. The RZ Mediator is
enabling full Automated Demand Response (ADR) implementation, shedding
nearly 1 MW in 10 minutes, sustaining completely automatic for nearly
2.5 hours. RZ/Sensus MI deployed initial implementation of Automatic
Fault Detection and Diagnostics (AFDD).

Scope: Richards-Zeta Mediator is the intelligent
middleware solution enabling the advanced deployment of a full intelligent
building systems (IBS). RZ providing the technology and services
in order to integrate the following building systems to bring date
into the IBS; Automated Logic (ALC) via BACnet/IP, Johnson N1 protocol,
Trane Summit BCU via BACnet/IP, Trane Intellipaks and Voyagers via
Trane native Com4, Utility power meters, Cutler Hammer power meters
and large load sub-meters via Modbus RTU, Power inverters for 1.9
MW Photovoltaic system via Modbus RTU, APC UPS systems via SNMP,
custom weather station via Modbus RTU, Cat Power generators via
Cat CCM and numerous wired and wireless lighting control solutions
via BACnet/MSTP or other proprietary protocols. Additional integration
is in the planning and development stages.

into 4000+ meters networked in 85 malls. FSG is providing enterprise
energy networks for over 85 million square feet of property. The
RZ Mediator is integrating into the existing TAC/Andover and Johnson
BAS. The RZ Mediator aggregates all data and exporting via xml
to network operations center.

Scope: RZ/Marc Services provided a migration pathway
from the legacy building automation system (Invensys). An RZ Mediator
was installed in three (3) CTC campus facilities, where RZ added
additional control through perfectHOST graphical programming software
and added additional value to the existing legacy Invensys, Trane
and Barber Coleman systems. RZ provided a master web-based graphical
user interface (GUI) for all three buildings and created 3-dimensional
(3D) graphics, incorporating advanced scheduling, trending and
alarming. Additional buildings and integration in planning and
development stages.

Scope: Richards-Zeta Mediator is the intelligent

the existing Siemens Apogee BAS. FSG installed an advanced metering
solution and have provided an Energy Scoreboard application where
the user is able to measure and manage energy data. RZ/FSG is
also providing a web-based graphical user interface for all building
systems.
